My Practice
Welcome! I offer individual therapy with clients 13 and older. I always strive to create an environment that is accepting, safe, and supportive of positive change. In therapy, I find my role is to step back with my clients to explore the greater picture, in order to discover self compassion, understanding, and ultimately- find relief.
I feel my talents fit best when working with adolescents, young adults, and couples/families. I specialize in LGBT+, trauma, mood/personality disorders, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, changes in life, and difficulties stemming from family of origin experiences. I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as training in Trauma Focused-CBT.
